Why pricing differs.
A community nonprofit and a county agency are not the same kind of partner, and charging them the same way would not be honest.
Community organizations receive community-first pricing — the foundational build is scoped to what a nonprofit can realistically sustain, because the goal is durable local capacity, not maximum revenue.
Institutional work carries larger scope, integration, compliance, and budget — and helps sustain the community-first work alongside it.

Every organization receives the same platform and the same underlying philosophy. What changes is the depth of ongoing collaboration and stewardship.
Every engagement is scoped collaboratively. These published ranges exist so organizations can make informed decisions before reaching out.
Stewardship levels apply across partner types — a Community Partner and an Institutional Client receive the same platform; what changes is the depth of ongoing collaboration.
Community Stewardship
$500 / month
The platform stays current, secure, and running. Hosting, security patches, and software updates are handled without the organization needing to manage them. Minor content or pathway updates are available on request. Resilient is present when something needs attention. For organizations that have launched and are largely self-directed in day-to-day operations.
Active Stewardship
$750 / month
Recommended for most grant budgets
Everything in Community Stewardship, plus a monthly check-in where Resilient and the organization review what is working, what needs updating, and what is coming next. Content and pathway updates happen regularly rather than on request. Reporting support for funders and boards is included. For organizations where the platform is woven into daily operations and staff depend on it functioning well. This is the recommended level for most grant budget proposals.
Most community partner implementations are funded through foundation capacity-building grants. We can help scope a grant-ready budget.
Coalition Stewardship
$1,000 – $2,000 / month
Everything in Active Stewardship, plus deeper coordination across multiple programs or partner organizations. Quarterly strategy conversations. Support for coalition-facing infrastructure — shared pathways, partner onboarding, cross-organization reporting and visibility. The monthly investment is scoped based on the number of organizations involved and the complexity of coordination required. For organizations building shared infrastructure that others depend on.
